Picture the perfect day… You start the morning with an energising Vinyasa yoga session, eat a delicious superfood lunch, created by a Nutritional Therapist and prepared by professional chefs. In the afternoon you take part in a restorative yoga session, enjoying some deep and satisfying stretches to calm your body and quiet your mind.
You’ve just spent the day at a YogaBuds mini yoga retreat and you feel A-mazing.
We will start our day off at 11.00am with some energising yoga before breaking for lunch at 12.30pm. We will then have an hour to relish a super food lunch created by Nutritional Therapist Catherine Jeans and prepared by the marvellous chefs at Caistor Hall.
Following on from lunch, with our bellies nicely full we will share in an hour and a half of restorative and calming yoga so that, by the time that 3.00pm arrives, we will all be heading into the new season with a warn, sunshiny glow!
This workshop has been designed to be suitable for all, whether you are a complete yoga novice, a mum wishing to carry on with yoga having been to Jackies YogaBumps classes or a former yogi who has fallen by the wayside and is keen to rekindle the yoga love. But Mums please note, this is a grown ups only class – for today, it’s all about you!
