ZenYoga classes are held every week in Norwich and are inspired by a combination of yoga traditions. It’s essentially a Hatha Yoga with a blend of Vinyasa and Bhava, dressed with some Yin. ZenYoga is welcoming to beginners and those with a budding yoga interest and to those wanting to develop and blossom their yoga practice both in class, at home and even in their daily lives. ZenYoga enjoys all the traditional yogic areas of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures), Shavasana and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation techniques), in a way that is accessible, easy to follow, safe and enjoyable. Jackie teaches in an infectious, yet pragmatic style, in a way which is authentic, fun and optimistically inspiring!
ZenYoga adult yoga classes are held at:
Mondays at Norwich High School for Girls 8pm-9pm until 10th September, when the time will change 7.30pm-8.30pm.
From the 6th September, we will also be holding a Thursday class 5.45pm-6.45pm, also at Norwich High School for Girls.
**You can now keep track of how many classes you’ve attended with our ZenYoga card! When you come to a class your card is stamped, this means if you don’t attend for consecutive weeks you don’t miss out on the class, they are simply rolled over**
Immerse yourself in an energising blend of  Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhava and Yin yoga.
We supply everything. But, do wear loose clothes, bring some water, and a sense of exploration…
If you would like to try before you buy, you can arrange to attend a one-off class first. Please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that there are NO Monday classes on the following dates:
Classes will then resume in January 2019
