Yoga Classes with YogaBuds

YogaBuds

YogaBuds Yoga is inspired by a combination of yoga traditions. It’s essentially a Hatha Yoga with a blend of Vinyasa and Bhava, dressed with some Yin.

YogaBuds is welcoming to all, from those with a budding yoga interest, to those wanting to develop and blossom their yoga practice.

New joiners are welcome at any time!

Why Choose Us?

Led by experienced yoga practitioner Jackie Heffer-Cooke, YogaBuds enjoys all the traditional yogic areas of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures), Shavasana and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation techniques), in a way that is accessible, easy to follow, safe and enjoyable. Jackie teaches in an infectious, yet pragmatic style, in a way which is authentic, fun and optimistically inspiring!
