For yoga in Norwich, The Orange Grove Clinic offers a completely unique setting. In the heart of Norwich city centre, our yoga rooms are small, intimate, peaceful and relaxing with wonderful teachers who inspire, educate and give you the personal attention you deserve.
All of our classes our intimate and nurturing. You don’t have to squeeze yourself in amongst twenty other people, hoping the teacher will have a chance to make sure you’re getting your poses right. We only ever have a maximum of 6 people per class. This allows for one-on-one personal tuition from your teacher as part of your class, ensuring you get the most out of each pose and truly feel the health benefits yoga can provide.
What types of yoga are available?

As these are small, intimate classes, places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Most classes need to be booked as a course every 6 weeks, and once you have booked onto one course your place is secured on the next. Occasionally you may drop in to a class, but please contact our yoga teachers first on Norwich 631900.
