Qigong promotes deeper and slower breathing, improving the supply of oxygen to the heart and effectively stimulating, exercising, cleansing and massaging all the body’s internal systems.
Qigong classes can have a profound effect on people’s energy, core strength and endurance and promote calmness and awareness. Within the class each person is in the own space, on their won journey, listening to their own bodies as they work.
