Pilates exercises are designed to work your “core” muscles – including your back, pelvic floor and abdominals. Strengthening these muscles can help your body prepare for, and recover from the demands of birth and pregnancy.
Pilates can help improve your posture, prevent muscle cramps and relieve niggling aches or pains. Because it is a gentle but effective method of exercise, classes will leave you feeling positive and energised.
