Introduction to Pilates classes are brought to the Orange Grove Clinic by Claire Gurney.
Regardless of your age, level of experience, or ability, Pilates with our personal trainer will provide you with core strengthening, breathing, and alignment techniques. Pilates focuses on controlled movement and correct alignment, it re-educates your body to move correctly, and is an ideal form of exercise to assist recovery, relieve stress and improve fitness.
