What to expect:
The nature of this workshop will be very still, mindful and therefore naturally meditative. The day will be split into easy and manageable parts and will involve a little theory with an emphasis on practice. The workshops are small and intimate so the ratio between instructor and students is low, ensuring a high level of training. Some partner work will be involved as well as one to one. We will have regular breaks with discussion, laughter and enjoyment throughout the day.
Homemade vegetarian light bites and nutritious snacks will also be provided to give you the necessary energy levels throughout the day, accompanied with specifically selected Chinese teas to enhance your enjoyment and experience.
£50 (including workshop materials, snacks and teas)
