Our YogaBumps prenatal yoga classes in Norwich for pregnant women from 14 weeks to birth, offer a wonderful way to connect with your growing baby while allowing you to stretch and relax in to motherhood. YogaBumps classes are gentle and safe for all levels of yogic ability, from beginners to those with varying levels of experience.
Meet other mums-to-be, help those pregnancy aches and pains and learn breathing techniques to calm your mind and body; all to help prepare you for that final magical moment you’ve been waiting for.
We practice traditional yogic areas of Pranayama (breathing exercises for life and birth), Asanas (postures), Shavasana and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation techniques), but in a way that is accessible, ‘non-scary’, easy to follow, authentic, and safe for you and your changing body and growing baby.
