Our Meditation for Beginners Workshop in Norwich is designed to help you to learn what it is to meditate, why we do it and how to relax and rest the busyness of the mind, as well as promote more productive sleep! Be warned this workshop could just change your life!
We all have days where we feel strong and ready to conker whatever is thrown at us, but followed by those days can come the harder ones where we feel stressed and anxious about the day ahead and need a way to calm our emotions and feel more relaxed to achieve our goals.
Chill out time and finding a quiet space in our minds where we can re-set our patience levels and our doubts and fears, is important. Our Meditation workshop will help you do just that and more.
Enjoy a morning of understanding the meaning and processes behind meditation followed by a delicious superfood lunch, created by Nutritional Therapist Catherine Jeans and prepared by the marvellous Caistor Hall chefs. Then settle down into an afternoon of quiet reflection and meditation methods which will leave you feeling not only calm and relaxed, but also able to feel prepared and confident in tackling the everyday highs and lows of life.
