The Christmas Yoga Mini-Retreat – ESCAPE
Escape the Christmas madness with a few hours to yourself in a fun, but calming yoga practise, in front of the log fire. Christmas is a fun active time, so our morning practise will be uplifting and purposeful, focused on core strength to keep the belly fired up, encouraging the energy needed physically to get through this festive time. But the afternoons practise will be more centred on heart openers, maybe encouraging patience and giving in a season where this really should be the focus.
An opportunity to escape and sink into your own space, a day’s retreat, before we throw ourselves back into the busyness again. Add a super food lunch, enjoyed with like-minded people, and you have the perfect day of escapism for mind, body and soul.
