YogaBuds Yoga is inspired by a combination of yoga traditions. It’s essentially a Hatha Yoga with a blend of Vinyasa and Bhava, dressed with some Yin.
YogaBuds is welcoming to all, from those with a budding yoga interest, to those wanting to develop and blossom their yoga practice.
YogaBuds yoga classes are held at Norwich High School for Girls on Monday evenings from 8pm-9pm and new joiners are welcome at any time.
We supply everything, but do wear loose clothes, bring some water, and a sense of exploration…
You can purchase a series of six or twelve YogaBuds classes via our online shop, or you contact The Orange Grove Clinic Reception on 01603 631 900, email: firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our contact page.
**You can now keep track of how many classes you’ve attended with our YogaBuds card.
Begin your week with an energising blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhava and Yin yoga.
Venue: Norwich School for Girls
Please note that there are NO Monday classes on the following dates:
