Kimberley’s journey into complementary health began through her own personal experience of using holistic therapies to restore her health. Living with M.E. (chronic fatigue syndrome) since the age of 11, has given her both a unique insight and empathy for those suffering with chronic illness. Her personal mission is to empower individuals to take control of their own health and life the way she has done…. to not merely manage, but flourish!

Kimberley qualified as an Holistic Therapist in July 2005, gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies approved by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT). This covers Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Advanced Massage Techniques (Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Acupressure), Reflexology & Nutritional Advice.
Kimberley is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), helping to ensure her clients are protected by a professional code of conduct.
Kimberley Dawn Carpenter’s Therapies
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle massage that reawakens the body’s immune system, to encourage a reduction of oedema / fluid retention. It can be very helpful for those needing gentle handling, whether recovering from serious illness such as cancer or post pregnancy swollen ankles. £40 for 1 hour treatment
Acupressure uses the same principles as acupuncture, but without the needles. It can be used alone or within a massage treatment and is a useful technique to gain deeper insight into the body’s systems and restore balance. £40 for 1 hour treatment

Baby Massage – Private and Group Classes
Kimberley completed her Infant Massage Instructor’s Certificate through the FHT Education Programme in February 2008. She is running Group Baby Massage Classes here at The Orange Grove Clinic in Norwich – please go to our baby massage page for more information. This is a wonderfully unique bonding experience not to be missed by any new parent.

Most recently, Kimberley has discovered a new personal development tool that transformed her life. In October 2011 she trained as an Energy Practitioner in The Balance Procedure (TBP) with its author and creator, Jenny Cox.
Kimberley will be running regular Group Workshops where you can discover the power of this simple tool that’s so easy to learn. This easy to learn and simple to use technique is a catalyst for transformation, allowing you to release negative patterns, find your own balance and move forwards with intention to your highest potential.
These workshops will run with a maximum of 8 people, price £25.
