About Kathy
A few years back, Kathy was a Change Manager, mainly working in IT within Financial Services companies, and travelling regularly for work.
“I was a typical stressed professional – existing on too little sleep, rushed and convenient meals, a bit too much red wine and adrenalin. I was often tired, stressed, lacking energy and generally feeling below par. As I got older, I started suffering more minor health problems.
I was caught in that vicious cycle of modern living – it was all about speed and convenience but I could see the effects it was having on my mental, emotional and physical health. This time, I was determined not just to take another “quick fix” and started tackling the root causes rather than the symptoms.
I tried a few complementary therapies and benefitted hugely from homeopathy and also osteopathy, remedial massage and nutritional therapy. I was encouraged to make lifestyle changes to maintain the benefits
My interest in natural health grew, reading books and magazines on the subject and I enrolled at the Homeopathic College of East Anglia. After a few years, I found that juggling an already hectic life with studying was just too much and I made the decision to follow my convictions and leave corporate life to finish my course.
Around that time several friends (all living similarly busy, modern lives) started trying for babies. Some found it to conceive or to carry babies full term and even those who were blessed with children found their kids suffering minor health issues like eczema.
I wondered if somehow modern living was contributing to some of those issues and a colleague suggested I study with Foresight (The Association for Pre-Conceptual Care) to learn more about factors that affect natural fertility and what can be done to address them. It is mind-blowing and life-changing stuff that has helped thousands of couples go on to have happy, healthy babies, including a couple of my own friends.
These days I’m passionate about using homeopathy and the Foresight Programme to help people improve their mental, emotional and physical health. My special interests are natural fertility, women’s health and children.”

About Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of medicine, which aims to trigger the body’s natural system of healing. It involves treating people with highly diluted natural substances, given mainly in tablet form. It is gentle and safe for all including pregnant women, babies and the elderly and is non addictive with no harmful side-effects.
With homeopathy, we look at the whole person, not just a disease label or presenting physical symptoms.
People who use homeopathy have often have tried other ways of treating their health problems and have not been entirely satisfied with the results. Other people choose homeopathy to complement conventional treatments.
In my practice, I have helped people with a wide range of symptoms and conditions including:-

About Natural Fertility
Fertility issues affect one in seven couples in the UK and of those, between 20-25% have no clear, diagnosed cause.
It is common knowledge that drinking alcohol, smoking and taking recreational drugs when pregnant can harm the unborn baby… but how many people realise just how important it can be to improve the health of both parents before conception takes place?
The lifestyle choices of both partners and some environmental factors can affect fertility, pregnancy, labour and the health of their children.
I am a recognized practitioner of a well-researched and developed pre-conceptual care programme, from Foresight.
Through the programme, we aim to improve the natural health of both parents: those parents who just want to get into the best possible health before having a baby and those with difficulties conceiving or carrying babies
The programme has been developed over 30 years and Foresight’s own research has shown that couples completing the full programme, have a high chance of going on to have a happy, healthy baby. Of course, there are no guarantees with any programme and that is true here.

Initial Consultation Adult £50 for 60 minutes
Initial Consultation Child £40 for up to 45 minutes
Follow Up Adult £40 for up to 45 minutes
Follow Up Child £25 for up to 30 minutes
These prices include only homeopathic remedies; any other treatments/products will be an additional cost.
Natural Fertility
Natural Fertility therapies are available as packages for your ease and convenience.
Homeopathy for Fertility is £300.
Foresight Package is £690 excluding supplements.
