This massage training weekend at our Norwich clinic will look at those benefits, such as improved circulation and skin tone, relaxed muscles, soothed nerves, pain reduction and the general sense of well-being that results. You will also learn about massage cautions due to medical conditions and when it may not be appropriate to use massage at all.
Those attending the massage training weekend will be practicing on each other and so be prepared to receive a wonderful massage, as well as giving one.
