Norwich meditation classes at The Orange Grove ClinicOur Norwich meditation classes are perfect as a weekly escape from the rush of everyday life, to enable you to relax, switch off and support better wellbeing.  It is known that taking regular guided meditation and relaxation is proven to help the body’s state of wellbeing and can enable you to achieve better health everyday.  Everyone could benefit from taking some time out from the busy-ness of life to refocus, to rebalance and to simply breathe deeply, gently calming the body and the mind.  Experienced Wellbeing Coach Naomi Duffield provides a supportive environment to help anyone learn to meditate, with these relaxing classes.

On Mondays:  12:30 – 1:30pm.  £7 per session.

What do the Norwich Meditation Classes involve?

When are the meditation classes held?
