Our Yoga Weekend Timetable

Our YogaBuds’ Weekend Yoga Retreat is quickly approaching. If you’re thinking of booking but wondering what’s planned for the weekend here’s our timetable of what’s planned for your ultimate weekend of relaxation.

Yoga Weekend Timetable 12-14th May 2017

Join in as much, or as little, as you like…

 

Friday:

  • Arrive 4pmWeekend Yoga Retreat
  • 5.30pm – The Sun Salutation walk through. For Beginners and for those wanting to walk through the Sun Salutation in detail.
  • 6pm until 7.30pm – ‘Rooting Our Retreat’. We start with an earthy yoga class, welcoming us to the retreat, to our new environment, to our inner space as well as the new people and new space around us.
  • 8pm – Buffet Dinner
  • 9.30pm – Camp Fire with Warm Cider or Apple Juice
  • 11pm – Quiet Time

 

Saturday:

  • From 7am – Light breakfast
  • 8am – Morning Meditation. Looking at what meditation is and how it can help us.
  • 9am until 10.30am – ‘Clear the Clutter and Awaken Your Creative Space’. Pelvic openers and detoxifying, circulation boosting twists.Yoga Weekend with Meditation
  • Massage Appointments with our Massage Angels begin 11am until 6pm – £20 for 30 minutes; £35 for 60 minutes; £50 for 90 minutes. You will need to book a slot and these will be on first-come-first-served basis.
  • 11am – Brunch – Home-made muesli with fresh yogurts and honey, rye bread and eggs galore, poached, scrambled, fried or boiled, all with tasty sauces.
  • 2pm – Lunch – Buffet with a selection of delicious breads, scrumptious salads, quiches, dips and finger food treats. Or pack yourself a picnic lunch and go off and explore!
  • 5.30pm until 6.30pm – ‘DiscoYoga’. A Saturday Night Fun Yoga Class to Great Music!
  • 7pm until 8pm – ‘Go With Your Gut – The Power of Transformation’. Strengthening and Surrendering.
  • 8.30pm – Dinner
  • 9.30pm – Camp Fire with Warm Cider or Apple Juice
  • 11pm – Quiet Time

 

Sunday:

  • From 7am – Light breakfast
  • 8.30am until 10am – ‘Listening to the Unstruck Sound!’Weekend Yoga Retreat Heart and Chest Openers
  • 11am – Brunch – Home-made muesli with fresh yoghurts and honey, rye bread and eggs galore, poached, scrambled, fried or boiled, all with tasty sauces.
  • 11until12.30 – ‘Releasing the Unstruck Sound’! Voice coach and singer, the lovely Jan Jinkerson (YogaBuds yogi) will be leading a workshop of song. You don’t have to sing on key, just open your mouth and let the joyful sound out.
  • 1.30pm until 2.30pm – Sunday Lunch
  • 3pm until 4pm – Post Lunch Yin and Tonic and a splash of Yoga Nidra

Although we have lots planned for relaxation, reflection and fun, this is your weekend to do as much or as little as you decide.
