We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic receptionist to work in our Norwich City Centre Clinic: Closing date Tuesday 18th October 4pm.
We are offering a minimum six month contract to cover maternity leave, working four days a week, starting on 5th December 2016.
This is an exciting and challenging role – with clients coming and going throughout the day and people booking future appointments via phone, email and in person – with plenty of training and development for the right person
You’ll need to be able to multi-task, welcoming all our customers and helping them to enjoy their visit to our award-winning clinic.
Our ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality and already have experience in a customer facing role. You’ll be responsible for helping each and every one of our customers feel welcomed and in safe hands from the moment they enter the clinic or give us a call.
You’ll need to have good computer skills, be confident on the phone, be able to answer emails and help with customer queries and ideally with experience of taking payments.
An interest in complementary health is not essential but would be an advantage for the right candidate.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Salary: £7.20-£7.50 per hour depending on experience
This would be for a minimum of six months, with the opportunity for a permanent position to follow.
